GNPL (https://gnpl.io/) is looking for an entrepreneurial Head Engineering / Senior Software Engineer to join an exciting AI-based digital lending and financing fintech startup in Zurich, Switzerland.

About GNPL

We are a FinTECH company in the lending and payment space founded by experienced industry professionals. We are building new approaches to fully automate lending for corporate customers based on advanced data analytics, open banking and fully automated processing. We have built a first MVP which is operational and we can already underwrite loans. First customers are being served.

Your Job as Head Engineering / Senior Software Engineer

You will take ownership of the complete technology stack and fully automate the existing tech stack, expand the landscape with the missing pieces, and drive the development of our complete technology stack.

You will work very closely together with the co-founder in charge of Product and Technology and will be at the core of defining and implementing the product strategy. You will also ensure our data science team and credit experts have the best technological framework to execute our AI-based risk model.
